Who Holds Power — And Who Actually Governs?

I. Two Types of Law

There are two categories humans constantly confuse:

1️⃣ Man-Made Law

These are the laws written by governments — constitutions, statutes, court rulings.

In the United States, that foundation is:

• United States Constitution

• Federal statutes passed by Congress

• State laws

• Judicial interpretations by courts

These laws can be amended, repealed, corrupted, or misused.

They are political.

2️⃣ Natural Law (Laws of Physics)

These are not voted on.

• Gravity

• Thermodynamics

• Relativity

• Quantum mechanics

No Congress passes gravity.
No president repeals entropy.

Whether religious, scientific, or philosophical — the “laws of the universe” are not subject to campaign donations.

II. Who Owns the U.S. Military?

Short answer: No individual owns it.

Under Article II of the Constitution:

• The President is Commander in Chief

• Congress controls funding

• Military officers swear an oath to the Constitution — not to a person

Example:

• United States Department of Defense oversees armed forces

• Civilian control is a constitutional requirement

That structure exists specifically to prevent monarchies or private control.

III. Qualifications to Be President

According to Article II of the Constitution, a candidate must:

• Be at least 35 years old

• Be a natural-born citizen

• Have lived in the U.S. for 14 years

That’s it.

No intelligence test.
No military service requirement.
No psychological screening.

That’s by design — the system assumes voters do the screening.

IV. Epstein, Barr, Trump, Intelligence Agencies — What Is Proven?

Let’s separate verified facts from speculation.

Verified:

• Jeffrey Epstein was arrested in 2019 on federal sex trafficking charges.

• He died in federal custody.

• Multiple investigations confirmed failures inside the jail.

• William Barr was Attorney General at the time.

• Donald Trump had social connections with Epstein in the 1990s.

Not Proven:

• Government-run alien programs tied to Epstein.

• Teleportation technology linked to political figures.

• Verified extraterrestrial involvement in federal operations.

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

Right now, most “space relations” claims circulating online come from podcasts, commentary channels, and speculation — not court records or declassified files.

V. Are Aliens Real?

Serious institutions acknowledge unexplained aerial phenomena:

• NASA

• Department of Defense

• Office of the Director of National Intelligence

However:

Unidentified ≠ extraterrestrial.

There is currently no publicly verified evidence proving alien governance or control over U.S. political systems.

VI. Political “Cutouts” and Public Frustration

When people say politicians are “cutouts,” they usually mean:

• Heavily influenced by donors

• Controlled by party machinery

• Incentivized by lobbying

That criticism applies across parties.

Examples often debated in media include:

• Gavin Newsom

• Nancy Pelosi

But accusations require evidence.

Frustration alone does not equal proof.

VII. The Bigger Question

The real tension isn’t aliens.

It’s this:

Who governs the governed?

In a republic:

• Power flows from the Constitution.

• The Constitution flows from the people.

• The people must stay informed.

When institutions fail, transparency mechanisms exist:

• FOIA requests

• Congressional oversight

• Investigative journalism

• Independent courts

They are imperfect — but they are structural.

VIII. Man’s Law vs. Cosmic Law

Whether someone believes:

• God created the universe

• Physics governs everything

• Or advanced civilizations exist

The Constitution only governs human authority.

No president controls physics.
No governor overrides gravity.
No intelligence agency suspends thermodynamics.

Political corruption, if it exists, must be proven through:

• Documents

• Financial trails

• Witness testimony

• Court records

Not just volume or anger.
